Bespoke is focused on helping people make sense of digital so they can build great businesses, great careers and great lives.

We work as a team to recommend and implement digital strategies, websites and digital marketing to established businesses, often in service or manufacturing sectors.

One of our philosophies is that we should be face-to-face with clients to really understand them and deliver for them. So we tend to get to know clients deeply and closely.

About our team

Our team is 15-strong and around half are involved in delivering web projects for our clients, the other half are involved in promoting and optimising to generate leads for clients.

We have a 20-year track record in this area so have well-established methods and processes and we are better than most at delivering projects to a high standard and on time.

About the role

**Please note that this role will only become available in the autumn, start date is to be confirmed**

We’re looking for someone to join our team in the autumn for a role that focuses on Marketing & New Business.

We win new clients a little differently at Bespoke – so this role isn’t about pounding the streets, or calling through Yell – but rather we work as experts with our clients to find the right option for them, then work together to make that a success. We meet new clients through events, both those that we attend and those we host each month.

That means the position would suit someone who is outgoing and would be confident in a pitch, whilst having the relevant senior-level marketing experience to ask the right questions and make recommendations with credibility. There would be an option to continue to be hands-on with digital marketing and manage accounts or deliver client work as part of the role too.

Who would be the right person?

We always look to hire the right attitude first, over specific experience and skill, but we’re looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate about Digital - this one’s a must!
  • Thirsty for knowledge - it’s one of our team values, and must be one of yours.
  • Customer-centric - focused on the customers needs first, to deliver both a “wow” experience for our customers and marketing that connects with theirs.
  • Inquisitive - great at asking the right questions with a deep yearning to understand business & people challenges, getting to the heart of what a client really needs.
  • Hands on with digital - so you can speak with knowledge, experience and expertise to customers about their challenges. You’ll have had experience either running campaigns or developing digital content, or you may have worked in digital in an account management capacity.
  • Able to confidently network and pitch - friendly, outgoing and professional. You’ll be heavily involved in the events we run, as well as the events we attend.
  • Loves picking up the phone to make things happen - A people person, with previous success in selling services to businesses.
