Bosal Towbars are a division of the Bosal Automotive and Industrial Components group, one of Europe’s largest manufacturers of automotive after sale parts.
Bosal towbars specialise in the manufacture of high quality type-approved towbars for a wide range of vehicles and work with a number of approved distributors and fitters across the country.
Historically, Bosal had struggled to showcase their full product range to visitors. This resulted in them missing out on crucial sales and revenue from items such as roof bars and cycle carriers. Getting customers to view the products and the process of converting views into sales needed to be improved.
Work was also needed to attract more retail customers - a core customer group for Bosal - with the website and company products.
Already globally recognised as the market leading towbar brand, Bosal’s targets were to increase awareness of other products within their range and increase sales from retail customers.
