NCO is a leading provider of financial and customer care throughout Europe.
The company, established in 1996, has grown significantly and now employs around 400 staff and is based in Preston city centre.
NCO provide customer services on behalf of their clients such as making payments, accessing and updating account information and data as well as debt recovery, collections and outsourcing.
The old website was outdated and in need of a clean and modern design, with an improved customer experience.
The project was a complex build involving two API integrations with a customer portal and a Debt Management Company portal, allowing users to log in and manage payment and account details on behalf of their customers.
We ran a successful project together which included:
A strategy workshop to determine the ideal customer, messaging and value proposition.
A design sprint workshop to explore branding, look & feel and user journeys.
A managed design process with sign off of each section of the new website in turn.
A new front-end website and back-end CMS with payment gateway integration
The new NCO website is now live at www.ncoeurope.com.
