Plumbs are furniture reupholstery specialists with a range of over 800 fabrics.
They employ a team of reupholstery consultants who provide home visits across the UK.
Furniture is upgraded at Plumbs’ factory in the north-west and returned with a new lease of life.
The Plumbs website is key to the process as it enables prospective customers to consider fabric options and book home consultations.
The client was not easily able to update the existing website which meant higher than normal ongoing costs with its previous agency.
Our review also found there had been no ongoing conversion optimisation work so we knew there was an opportunity to improve performance of the site too.
