Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HubSpot Solutions Expert / HubSpot Implementation Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will lead clients through their HubSpot onboarding journey, ensuring they maximise the platform’s capabilities while identifying opportunities for further growth and optimisation. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients unlock the full potential of HubSpot while also supporting business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding & Implementation

  • Lead seamless HubSpot onboarding across multiple Hubs, customising implementations to fit business needs.
  • Provide training and guidance to help clients effectively adopt HubSpot.
  • Troubleshoot technical and process-related challenges during setup.

Strategy & Growth

  • Advise clients on best practices to maximise ROI from HubSpot.
  • Maintain up-to-date expertise on HubSpot features and industry best practices, sharing insights internally and externally.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for clients to expand their HubSpot usage for long-term success.

Collaboration & Business Development

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure smooth implementations.
  • Contribute to client proposals and sales presentations.
  • Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Expertise

  • 4+ years of experience onboarding clients onto the full HubSpot ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of successful HubSpot implementations across multiple Hubs.
  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot Sales Software, etc.).
  • Experience owning accounts from post-sales to project handover—and beyond.
  • Comfortable in agile, fast-paced SMB environments, where adaptability and problem-solving are key.
  • Extensive knowledge of HubSpot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub (Professional & Enterprise levels).

  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)—able to simplify complex technical concepts for clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • High level of business acumen—able to align HubSpot solutions with broader business goals.
  • Understanding of sales and digital marketing strategies.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • High level of ethics, integrity, and customer-centric mindset.

How many clients are there?

At any one time there are normally 15–20 clients active with projects or retainers.

How big is the team?

12 permanent roles, supported by 3-4 contractors.

Where is the team based?

Our main offices are at the new £8.4m Strawberry Fields Digital Hub in Chorley.

Can we work from home?

Yes, we have a couple of days a week in the office together, the rest is flexible.

What are the hours?

Flexible around some core hours, we’re much more interested in outcomes than hours.
